Concept
Summer at MoN Takanawa is packed with diverse programs designed to stimulate Child 's curiosity Spiral, SpiralWorkshops and Child 's tours will be held to help families enjoy the "Guruguru Exhibition" more deeply, making it a fun museum for the whole family during the summer holidays. In addition, a stamp rally is being held until September 23rd, where the first visitors can receive an original sticker.
Weekend Spinning Research Group
Every weekend in August, we will be holding a special program called "Weekend Guruguru Study Group" to help you enjoy the "Spiral, Spiral "even more. Through workshops and guided tours Child led by curators, you can enjoy the world of "Guruguru" while gaining a deeper appreciation for the artworks and exhibits.
① Terada Mokei Workshop: "Creating a landscape with the Yamanote Line, which goes round and round, using paper"
This workshop is presented by Terada Mokei, whose work "1/100 Yamanote Line 30 Stations Landscapes" is on display at the "Spiral, Spiral." Using the Yamanote Line as a theme, participants will create their own landscapes along the line inside an acrylic cube by freely combining small parts. Every day at 1pm, there will also be Gallery Talk for elementary, middle, and high school students by Naoki Terada, the representative of Terada Mokei and an architect and designer.

This gallery tour for elementary school students is guided by the curator who worked on the "Spiral, Spiral." As Child tour the exhibition, they can experience the joy of discovering "Guruguru" from their own perspective. The background of the works and the highlights of the exhibition are introduced in an easy-to-understand way, creating opportunities for them to think for themselves and make discoveries, thereby deepening their understanding of art, science, traditional culture, and more.

We have started selling a set ticket that can be used by one adult and one to two elementary, junior high, or high school students. Compared to purchasing tickets individually, you can save 300 yen per student.
MoN Passport Summer Vacation Special Course: "Spinning Mystery Stamp Rally"
Join UZU, the character born from the "Spiral, Spiral," on a stamp rally through MoN Takanawa. Using a puzzle sheet as a guide, you'll explore the museum, collect original MoN Takanawa stamps, and have fun discovering unique MoN Narratives hidden within the building, including its architecture and history. The first people to collect all the stamps will receive an original sticker. Plus, you'll have a chance to win an original puffy sticker!
